DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM

The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bongaigaon consumer reconstituted vide Govt. Notification No. SDA/35/87/Pt.-IV/98 dated 12-10-1993 Under Section 9(a) of Consumer Protection Act. 1986 for redressal of grievances of Consumers.Vide said notifications, the District & Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon was appointed as President of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bongaigaon Under Section 10(1)(a) of Consumer Protection Act. 1986, in addition to his own duties.

The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Bongaigaon was stablished in 26 th May, 1993. The District & Sesscions Judge performing his duties as President of District Forum, Bongaigaon with Two sittings in a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 2 P.M.
